EULA - End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

You must read the terms of this Notice carefully before proceeding further with this product. By
clicking on "Yes" below to install IPUP, you acknowledge and accept the contents of this Notice.

This software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind. The entire risk as to
the quality and performance of this software is borne by you.

Your use of IPUP ("the Product") is subject to the Laws of Copyright and related rights. This
Product (and all its constituent parts) is protected by such Laws throughout the World.

Before you register, you are allowed to install the Product on any number of computers for the first
30 days on a trial basis. After 30 days, you must register all of the copies you intend to run
concurrently on your computers, in order to again have access to the time limited features.

You are allowed to distribute the Product but only if it is unaltered and in its entirety. You may not
modify, edit or change any program or included file in the distribution. You must distribute only
the latest version - see our web pages for information about the latest version.

Programmed Integration (Colin Meeks) is the owner of copyright and other intellectual property
rights in the Product.

Programmed Integration (Colin Meeks) is the proprietor of, and is solely entitled to all rights and
goodwill in, the mark IPUP. Use by you of that trade mark in the course of trade is strictly forbidden.

Please contact Programmed Integration ("the Publisher") if you become aware of any unauthorised
use of the Product. Help to stamp out pirate software.

Infringement of copyright or unauthorised use of trade marks may result in criminal prosecution. Help
to fight the pirates.

All rights in respect of the Product and the programs contained therein are without limitation reserved
to Programmed Integration.

IT IS ALSO FORBIDDEN

- to distribute registration codes or registration information in any way, shape
or form

- to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, adapt, modify or
otherwise alter the Product in whole or in part or try to do any of the above

- to remove any proprietary notices or labels on this software

- to lease, rent, sub-license, copy or otherwise exploit the Product or any part
of it

- to use the Product or any constituent part (including but not limited to image,
or code) to create, design, enhance, produce and/or distribute any products
containing in whole or in part, or which otherwise makes use of any part, of the
Product

- to permit whether directly or indirectly any other person or business to use or
exploit the Product in a manner forbidden or not authorised by this Licence.

If you infringe Programmed Integration's copyright you accept

- that Programmed Integration may bring proceedings to protect its rights
against you

- that Programmed Integration may suffer unquantifiable loss and risk exposure to
claims from others

- that Programmed Integration may enforce its rights against you by asking for an
injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent further breach of
the Licence by you in addition to any other remedy they may have against you

- that you will indemnify Programmed Integration against any loss they suffer as a
result of any breach committed or authorised by you.
